Lovelock Doubles; Gutyi Eliminated

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Mykhailo Gutyi raised to 100,000 from late position and Colin Lovelock moved all in for 385,000 from one seat over. Gutyi called after a moment.

Gutyi was playing {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Lovelock was ahead with {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}. Lovelock needed to fade a couple of diamonds and a four and he did just that when the board ran out {3-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{7-Clubs}{J-Clubs}.

Only a couple hands later Gutyi had his last chips in the middle with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} against the {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} of Dong Guo. An ace fell immediately on the {4-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop and there were no queens to be found on the {K-Clubs} turn and the {9-Spades} river.

Michalak First Doubles and Then Busts

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jakub Michalak shoved from the cutoff for 55,000 and was quickly called by Sonny Franco in the big blind.

Jakub Michalak: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Sonny Franco: {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}

The board ran out {3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for Michalak's kings to hold for the double-up.

The hand after, Michalak shoved for 170,000, now from the hijack, and was called again by Franco, now in the small blind.

Jakub Michalak: {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Sonny Franco: {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds}

The flop came {4-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{a-Clubs} for Michalak to hit a pair of kings but Franco hit two pair. The turn was the {4-Spades} to give Franco a full house, Michalak needed a king to stay alive but the {9-Hearts} on the river wasn't that as he was eliminated in 23rd place.

Masatoshi Tanaka
Masatoshi Tanaka

Colin Lovelock moved all in from the under-the-gun position for 855,000 and it folded to Masatoshi Tanaka on the button. He moved all in as well for a total of 590,000. The player in the small blind, Jakub Michalak, called and the player in the big blind got out of the way for the three-way all-in.

Colin Lovelock: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Masatoshi Tanaka: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Jakub Michalak: {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}

Tanaka flopped a flush on the {3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} flop and neither of his opponents managed to catch up on the {5-Clubs} turn or {6-Spades} river.

Lovelock only lost 300,000, but Michalak is now left with just one big blind.

Guo Busts Tahkokallio

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Ilari Tahkokallio shoved from mid-position and was called by Dong Guo in the hijack.

Ilari Tahkokallio: {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Dong Guo: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {a-Hearts}{3-Spades}{a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for Guo to flop trip aces and that was more than enough to eliminate Tahkokallio in 25th place.

The 24 remaining players will now be redrawn to the final three tables.
