Peters Regains Control of Outer Table

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

In a limped pot to the {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, David Peters bet 25,000 and Josip Simunic called before the duo checked the {10-Hearts} turn and {Q-Clubs} river. Peters briefly showed his cards, but couldn't beat the {A-Spades}{3-Diamonds} of Simunic.

Honglin Jiang opened to 60,000 and Peters called in the cutoff. On a flop of {J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, Jiang checked nad folded to a bet of 80,000. Jiang also defended his big blind next to a raise to 60,000 by Peters, but check-folded the {7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop.

Stefan Huber limped in from the small blind and Peters raised to 75,000. Huber called and checked the {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop, Peters bet 60,000 and that ended the hand right there. Peters open-shoved into short stack Simunic in the big blind next and claimed the big blind and ante.

In the last hand of the level, Huber called an under-the-gun raise to 60,000 by Peters and check-folded the {A-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop to drop to 10 big blinds.
