Adams Doubles Through Kenney

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Bryn Kenney raised to 55,000 first to act and picked up three callers in Timothy Adams on the button, Ahadpur Khangah in the small blind and Byron Kaverman in the big blind.

The flop came {10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and the action checked to Kenney, who bet 120,000. Adams moved all in for 470,000 and Khangah asked for a count, but elected to fold. Kenney checked his remaining stack and eventually called to get shown the bad news.

Timothy Adams: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}
Bryn Kenney: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The {K-Clubs} turn and the {Q-Spades} river failed to improve Kenney and he was left with a mountain to climb.

Mateos Melts in Three-Way All In

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Timothy Adams raised it up to 60,000 on the button and Ahadpur Khangah in the small blind called. Adrian Mateos in the bib blind moved all in for 755,000 and Adams asked for a count before moving all in himself. Khangah quickly called and Adams suddenly had two players at risk of elimination.

Adrian Mateos: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Ahadpur Khangah: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Timothy Adams: {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

On the {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop, Adams picked up a gutshot while the hopes of Mateos were all but gone, he was officially drawing dead on the {4-Spades} turn. The {4-Clubs} on the river changed nothing anymore and Khangah doubled through Adams for 1,065,000 while sending Mateos to the rail and reducing the field to the last 10 hopefuls.

Adams Doubles Then Eliminates Negreanu

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

Moments after Timothy Adams doubled through Bryn Kenney with {10-Hearts}{7-Spades} on a {3-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Spades}{a-Spades}{6-Spades}, cracking Kenney's {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} in the process, he limped in the small blind and Daniel Negreanu moved all in for 250,000.

Adams called with {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and was ahead of the {9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} of Negreanu. There was no help for Negreanu on a {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} runout and he was eliminated.

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

On the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, Badziakouski bet 110,000 and his opponent moved all in for another 535,000 on top to force a fold from Badziakouski.

Cary Katz: {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}
Daniel Negreanu: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The board came {A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Negreanu was sent to the short stack grind.

Mateos Bests Negreanu

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 55,000 and Daniel Negreanu defended his big blind. The flop {9-Clubs}{4-Spades}{7-Hearts} was checked by both players and the turn was the {k-Hearts}. Negreanu bet 40,000 and Mateos raised to 145,000. Negreanu called.

The river {j-Spades} was checked by both players.

"I missed," said Negreanu, showing {6-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Mateos turned over {9-Spades}{10-Spades} for a pair of tens and took down the pot.

Trips for Kaverman

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

While Ahadpur Khangah chipped up on his table, Byron Kaverman did so on the other.

Kaverman raised to 55,000 on the button and Jean Ferreira came along from the big blind. On the {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop, Ferreira checked and called a bet of 50,000 before doing so again for 125,000 on the {A-Spades} turn. The {4-Hearts} on the river was checked and Ferreira briefly flashed his cards for a busted straight draw, while Kaverman claimed the pot with {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for trips aces.

Negreanu and Kenney Scoop Early Pots After Dinner

Level 15 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu raised to 60,000 on the button and Adrian Mateos called in the big blind. They checked down a board of {5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}{J-Clubs}{Q-Spades} entirely and Mateos showed a king. Negreanu scooped the pot and said "my king is better" after tabling {K-Spades}{J-Spades}.

Cary Katz then made it 60,000 to go first to act and Bryn Kenney called in the big blind. The flop came {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Kenney checked, then called 100,000 by Katz. There was no action on the {A-Clubs} turn and Kenney check-called a bet on the {8-Spades} river to see Katz show {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}, which he had beat with {K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}.
