Sinclair Dismantles Peters

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante
David Peters (in the €100,000 Super High Roller)
David Peters (in the €100,000 Super High Roller)

The star-studded table 35 had shed one of its premier players, courtesy of another top dog. From middle position, David Peters saw an {A-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{K-Spades} flop against Jack Sinclair and checked. Sinclair, on the button, bet 3,500 and Peters called. The {3-Hearts} on the turn got checked by both players.

Peters, with 9,800 behind in total, checked the {6-Spades} river to Sinclair. The Brit casually flung three T-5,000 chips in, and the normally motionless Peters started moving and went in deep thought, eventually settling on a fold after two minutes.

The hand after, Peters flicked it in for said 9,800 in chips and Sinclair threw in two chips to indicate a call. All other players went out of the way.

David Peters: {Q-Spades}{10-Spades}
Jack Sinclair: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

Peters picked up straight and flush draws along the way but bricked out on {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs} to bust his first attempt. Sinclair, on the other hand, is up to 140,000 and one of the top stacks in the room.
