Lampropulos Doubles Up

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The board read {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Maria Lampropulos got her money in the middle with {a-Diamonds}{4-Spades} against the {a-Spades}{6-Diamonds} of Rakesh Lalwani. Lampropulos had to fade plenty of outs to secure a double up but she did after the dealer put the {10-Clubs} on the board.

Lampropulos her stack was counted and she had exactly 15,000 left in front of her. She won the pot to double up to about two times the starting stack.

Jaka Versus Haven

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Faraz Jaka is building quite the impressive stack and he just battled it out with Duco Haven twice to try and increase the stack in front of him.

Jaka opened in the first hand to 2,700 from the cutoff and he was three-bet by Haven from the big blind to 10,400. Jaka already gave it up and the pot was pushed to Haven but he tried again in the next hand.

Jaka raised to 2,600 from the hijack in the next hand. and Haven repeated his action of the previous hand by three-betting to 10,400. Jaka called this time and the {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} flop was dealt.

Haven check-called a bet of 8,000 from Jaka and the {2-Spades} turn was dealt. They then checked it down and they checked again on the {k-Spades} river.

Haven opened up {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and that was enough to win the pot.

Souki Doubles Through Jedlicka

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop was out there already and the Stefan Jedlicka had an all-in triangle standing in front of him. Philippe Souki put his last 34,400 in the middle as well and a third player folded. Souki showed {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} and he had the best hand, but he was at risk against Jedlicka his {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}.

The {k-Hearts} turn gave Jedlicka some extra outs but the {3-Diamonds} river secured the double up for Souki. Jedlicka dropped back down to the starting stack.
