Khangah Doubles Through Carrel

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Ahadpur Khangah opened and Charlie Carrel three-bet to 25,000 from the big blind. Khangah four-bet to 56,000 and Carrel five-bet all in from the big blind, covering Khangah who snap-called.

Ahadpur Khangah: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}
Charlie Carrel: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

There was no help for Carrel on the {9-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds} board and Khangah doubled up.

Double Elimination for Carrel

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Charlie Carrel
Charlie Carrel

Charlie Carrel opened to 13,000 and Jesus Cortes called before Richard Yong moved all in for 73,000.

"Can't bluff me," he said. "Can't three-bet me..."

Carrel moved all in and the action went to Cortes.

"Technically a fold but..." he said.

"Did you just say that?" said Carrel. "Wow you really want the table captain scarf," he continued, pointing at Juan Pardo's scarf at the end of the table.

Eventually Cortes called and the cards were turned over.

Charlie Carrel: {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Jesus Cortes: {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Richard Yong: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts} giving a little bit of something to everyone. Carrel had flopped a flush draw, with Yong still ahead with his top pair and Cortes flopping middle pair.

"That's fun," said Carrel, before the {8-Clubs} came on the turn.

"That's less fun," he said. The river was the {9-Spades} and both Yong and Cortes were eliminated.

Iadisernia In, Iadisernia Out

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

It was a battle between two last-minute entries in Tsugunari Toma holding {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and [Removed:150] with {q-Spades}{8-Spades}

The flop {4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} favoured Iadisernia as he flopped a pair. The turn {q-Hearts} improved him to two pair, but the {2-Diamonds} river gave Toma a flush and sent Iadisernia to the rail.

There have been a flurry of eliminations after the break including Koray Aldemir, Ivan Leow and Benjamin Pollak.

"See You Soon" - Khangah Eliminated

Level 8 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Ahadpur Khangah
Ahadpur Khangah

Alexander Uskov opened to 14,000 and Ahadpur Khangah - who had been struggling of late - three-bet all in for 82,000. Uskov called.

Ahadpur Khangah: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Alexander Uskov: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} with neither player holding a diamond. The turn {10-Diamonds} improved Uskov to a set, but the two could still chop it up should a diamond come on the river. It was the {3-Clubs} and Khhangah was eliminated.

"See you soon," Khangah said to the table as he made his way to presumably rebuy.
