Frederic Delval is Down

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Frederic Delval was putting pressure on his opponents right out of the starting gate but he just busted out. He was left with a couple of big blinds and he was called by four players.

The flop fell {5-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and they all checked. The turn was the {2-Clubs} and Amine Hadad lead out with a bet of a bit over 3,000. He was called by one player and the river was the {3-Hearts}. No more chips went in and Hadad showed {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for a rivered full house. Delval was rivered as he opened up {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and he missed out on a quintuple-up.

Big Stack for Di Miceli

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

The tournament has been going for a little over an hour and Christophe Di Miceli has already well over five times the starting stack of 20,000.

He was seen playing with a stack of 110,000 after he already sent multiple players to the rail.

Delval Shoves On the Turn

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

[Removed:391] opened from early position with a raise to 700 and he was called by five players, including Frederic Delval.

The flop fell {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and it checked to Delval who took over the betting initiative with a bet of 900. He was raised by his neighbor and the bet was 2,100. It folded back around to Delval who called.

The turn was the {j-Clubs} and Delval checked to his opponent. He put in 200 but then added 2,000 more. The dealer corrected the bet and 200 was the bet.

Delval decided to put his opponent all-in for effectively 12,200 but Delval took the pot down without showdown after his opponent folded.

More players keep joining the EPT Cup. One of the latest entrants is Andrey Andreev and he is very familiar with the Cup tournaments organized by PokerStars.

Andreev won the Sochi Poker Cup back at the 2018 EPT Open Sochi. Andreev ended on top of the leaderboard after beating a 559-player field banking $19,275.
