On the 
turn, Fischer checked, Liow checked, and Ho checked as well. However, as soon as the 
river was dealt, Liow veered up and indicated he hadn't checked. However, his hand had made a tapping motion, both confirmed by the dealer and other players, and the floor ruled to proceed as normal.
