Katzenberger Pushes Riess Out

in the cutoff, Nicola Grieco called 
in the small blind and Viktor Katzenberger called 
in the big blind.
Both Riess and Katzenberger caught something on the 
flop. Riess continued for 200,000, Grieco folded, and Katzenberger simply check-raised all in for 6,560,000 to put pressure on the former world champ.
It was effectively for Riess' remaining stack of 2,410,000 and Riess gave up his top pair.
