Luis Medina opened to 85,000 and Massimo Mosele three-bet to 245,000 in the big blind. Medina moved all in and Mosele glanced at the stack of his opponent before letting go.
Timothy Adams, who had bumped up his stack without showdown, raised to 80,000 on the button. Aladin Reskallah moved all in for 650,000 in the small blind and no call followed.
Govert Metaal opened to 130,000 with in early position out of 800,000 and Rustam Hajiyev called behind. With no other callers, they headed to the flop.

It wasn't the first race for his tournament life today and once again, the Italian found help when the flopped in the window. The rest of the board came and Medina was relegated to the short stack instead.
Aladin Reskallah made it 80,000 to go and Nicola Grieco defended his big blind. On a flop of , Grieco checked and called a continuation bet worth 80,000 by Reskallah. Both players checked through the on the turn and Grieco led for 280,000 on the river.
Reskallah made the call and Grieco showed for bottom pair. Reskallah had that beat with and jumped back above a million.

They were off to the races and Loeser nipped into the lead when it came on the flop. The turn was the and a set for Loeser meant the end for Metaal, rendering the river irrelevant.
Bruno Volkmann has just been moved to the feature table and posted the big blind. Sam Greenwood opened to 80,000 in middle position with and Volkmann called with in the big blind.
Greenwood flopped trips on and bet 40,000. Volkmann check-raised to 140,000 with the airball and Greenwood called. Volkmann picked up equity on the turn shoved it in for 505,000, slightly more than the size of the pot. Greenwood snap-called the shove.
The on the river saw the end to Volkmann's hopes as he hit the rail.
In the final hand before the dinner break, Conor Beresford raised to 80,000 from middle position, Nicola Grieco called in the cutoff, and Aladin Reskallah defended his big blind. The flop got checked to Grieco, who bet 125,000. Reskallah called and Beresford folded.
On the turn, things suddenly exploded. Reskallah checked, Grieco quickly bet 150,000, Reskallah check-raised all in for 1,065,000 and Grieco beat him to the pot with a call.

A primal cheer erupted from Grieco's mouth once he saw Reskallah's hand. The Italian nearly smashed his superior flush through the table in excitement. He then tried to run into the stands in celebration but the brush quickly put a stop to that. He returned just in time to see the irrelevant complete the board, leaving the tournament with twelve players into the dinner break.
After the dramatic action on both tables right before the end of the level, the field has been reduced to the last 12 hopefuls and they headed into a shortened dinner break of 45 minutes.
