Big stack [Removed:502] in the big blind glanced up from his smartphone, studied the table for a few seconds, and made it 11,000 to go. Sadri Saleh opened to 1,600 and picked up two callers including John Mooney on the button. Julio Vechina Cacoilo in the big blind squeezed to 5,700 and Salah reluctantly called, Mooney and the other player bowed out. On a flop of {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}, Vechina Cacoilo bet 20,000 and Salah called all in for 14,200.

Players have one hour remaining to join in on the action and the among the latest hopefuls to join were Malek Grabsi and Aviv Meiri. The latter lasted all but a few minutes and was sent right back to the rail from table one.

Japan's Masato Yokosawa is also in contention, having headed to Monte-Carlo all the way from the APPT Korea festival two weeks ago. Yokosawa has already more than doubled his stack on Grabsi's current table.

Sow and Lin share a table with Sonny Franco, who has the biggest stack of them so far. Lin ended up winning the last hand of the level and pulled ahead of fellow PokerStars ambassador Sow.
