Small Pot for Semenyuk

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

In the secondary tournament area, eight tables remain in action and the one with Viktor Shegay contains the most table talk, as per usual. Arunas Sapitavicius has chipped up nicely on there, as has Sergey Menshov, while Leonid Semenyuk dropped below the starting stack.

Menshov raised and was called two ways by Semenyuk and Amir Oganyan in the big blind. Oganyan check-called a bet of 1,500 by Menshov on the {9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop and Semenyuk also came along.

The {9-Spades} turn was checked to Semenyuk, who bet 3,000 and forced two folds.

Ulitskyi Approaching 100k

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

There are two players with around three times the starting stack early in level four and one of them is Sergey Ulitskyi in the corner section of the ballroom.

He just faced Aleksey Shchekutov in a heads-up pot as of the {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} turn and bet 1,500 in the hijack, which Shchekutov in the cutoff called. Another bet of 500 and call followed on the {q-Spades} river and Ulitskyi tabled {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for a full house as the winning hand.

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Quang Nguyen bet the {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts} river for 5,000 with some chips behind and Ekaterina Fedyaeva moved all in. Nguyen reluctantly called and was shown the {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a full house. He was going to muck his cards but as per all in showdown rule the {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} were exposed.
