Two Pairs of Bullets; Two Players Shot Down

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Hand #1:

An all in and call were overheard from Table 4 as Tobias Heinsdorf had shoved his last 400,000 or so in from the cutoff and received action from Lior Tal in the small blind.

Tobias Heinsdorf: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Lior Tal: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

Heinsdorf picked up a pair of kings on the flop {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{k-Diamonds} but that was as close as he would come to cracking Tal's aces as the turn {6-Clubs} and river {j-Hearts} completed the runout with Tal sending Heinsdorf to the payout line just a few minutes after returning from break.

Hand #2:

Another all-in and call was then heard on an adjacent table, with Dmitry Yurasov all in on the button against Jan-Eric Schwippert, who was in the cutoff.

Dmitry Yurasov: {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Jan-Eric Schwippert: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}

Much like the hand prior, Yurasov also flopped top pair as the board came {q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} but would fail to improve any further on the turn {10-Spades} and river {9-Hearts} to result in his elimination just moments after Heinsdorf's.

Meanwhile, both Tal and Schwippert now find themselves with over 2 million in chips and are among the largest stacks in the room with 30 players remaining.
