Sarailis Shoves the Turn

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

John Sarailis opened to 6,500 in early position and the cutoff, who happened to be the big stack at the table, re-raised to 21,000. It folded back to Sarailis who made the call to see a flop of {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

Sarailis checked to his opponent who bet 25,000 and Sarailis called. The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and Sarailis checked again. His opponent fired out another 30,000 and Sarailis moved all in for around 90,000. His opponent quickly folded and Sarailis pulled in the pot.

Welsch Stays Alive

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

A player went all in from the cutoff and Tilman Welsch called all in for roughly his last five big blinds from the small blind to head to the races for his tournament life.

Tilman Welsch: {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}
Cutoff: {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}

Both players hit the flop as it came {9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{q-Spades}, giving Welsch bottom set and putting him in need of fading nothing more than running outs to a full house from his opponent. The turn came {10-Spades} to ensure his double and the river {j-Clubs} finished the runout, resulting in the pot being sent Welsch's way.

Chiriac Gets a Double

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Aleksandr Savchenko opened to 6,500 from under the gun and received two middle-position calls before George Chiriac three-bet all in for 40,000 from the button. Savchenko went into the tank and eventually came over the top of Chiriac, isolating the two callers out of the pot.

George Chiriac: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Aleksandr Savchenko: {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}

Chiriac was ahead and stayed there the whole way as the board ran out {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Spades}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}, scoring the double and sparing him from casualty among a room full of dealers yelling for open seats as the levels continue to climb.

Guerra Cabrerizo Wins Multi-Way All-In

Level 13 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Humberto Guerra Cabrerizo went all in from under the gun for about 30,000 and saw another player reraise all in from the hijack to isolate. Massoud Etemadiherisi called all in for his last 19,000 or so from the cutoff and all three hands were tabled once the remaining players folded.

Masoud Etemadiherisi: {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Humberto Guerra Cabrerizo: {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Hijack: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

Guerra Cabrerizo found help on the flop {3-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Hearts}, giving him top two pair and putting him in position for more than a double. The turn {4-Spades} brought him one card closer to the prize, and the river {9-Clubs} improved him to a full house as it completed the runout, earning him the pot and the knockout in the process.
