River Overbet Snapped Up by Zyrin

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Sergey Konovalov and Anatolii Zyrin checked a {3-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} board and the river was the {10-Diamonds}.

Konovalov overbet the pot and slid out 30,000. Zyrin called. Konovalov looked uneasy as he turned over {4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for a pair of fives and Zyrin clarified that it was just a pair of fives before showing {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for top pair and taking down the pot.

Konovalov started the day with an above average stack but has dwindled and now sits with just six big blinds after this overbet gone wrong.
