Ace On the River Felts Vogelsang

Level 15 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante
Vogelsang eliminated by Rudolph
Vogelsang eliminated by Rudolph

In a classic flip between two German High Roller regulars, Christoph "26071985" Vogelsang clashed with Christian "WATnlos" Rudolph and needed his queens to hold.

Christoph "26071985" Vogelsang: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Christian "WATnlos" Rudolph: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Vogelsang retained his lead on the {10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop and {8-Diamonds} turn but Barry Greenstein appeared on the {a-Spades} river.

O'Dwyer Takes From Holz

Level 15 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

Steve "Mr. Tim Caum" O'Dwyer limped the small blind and called a raise to 77,500 by Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz in the big blind. They headed to the {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} flop on which O'Dwyer check-called a bet of 104,000 and the {9-Hearts} turn was checked by both.

O'Dwyer then bet the {q-Clubs} river for 114,000 and Holz called to get shown {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds} as the winning hand by O'Dwyer.

Rolle Joins the Big Stacks

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
xnrobix eliminated by Rolle
xnrobix eliminated by Rolle

David "dpeters17" Peters min-raised to 32,000 in the cutoff and was called by Benjamin "bencb789" Rolle on the button. Hungary's "xnrobix" opted to three-bet jam his shorter stack of 367,740 in the big blind and that was called only by Rolle.

"xnrobix": {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Benjamin "bencb789" Rolle: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}

The {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop favored Rolle and he remained in the lead throughout the {5-Clubs} turn and {j-Hearts} river.

Van Fleet Eliminated by Beresford

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

The last-minute re-entries of Jon "apestyles" Van Fleet and Laszlo "omaha4rollz" Bujtas were not crowned with success as both hit the rail in quick succession once the field was reduced to the final four tables.

As far as Van Fleet was concerned, he had a kicker problem with the {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} as Conor "1_conor_b_1" Beresford had him dominated with the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. That didn't change at all on the {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{j-Spades}{6-Diamonds} board to eliminate Van Fleet.

Down to the Final Four Tables

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

At almost the same time on separate tables, Andrey "Kroko-dill" Zaichenko and Ole "wizowizo" Schemion were sent to the rail to reduce the field to the final four tables.

Schemion had seen his stack plummet in the past half an hour and eventually got it in via three-bet shove, which was called by initial raiser "hello_totti" with the far superioe stack.

Ole "wizowizo" Schemion: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}
"hello_totti": {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The tens held up as no ace, jack or spades appeared on the {q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board.

Vieira Eliminated by Eibinger

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

In a classic flip right after returning from the break, Joao “Naza114” Vieira was at risk against table big stack Matthias "iambest2" Eibinger.

Joao “Naza114” Vieira: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Matthias "iambest2" Eibinger: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

Eibinger missed the {10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop but nailed the {q-Clubs} turn and {a-Clubs} river. The Austrian is the second_biggest stack on the table right now, trailing only Mike "SirWatts" Watson.

Break With 35 Remaining

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

There are currently 35 players remaining and the last three casualties were Sam "SamSquid" Grafton, "ShippityShip" and Niklas "Lena900" Astedt. Jon "apestyles" Van Fleet was also ousted and re-entered right before the registration closed.

All players are now on a scheduled five-minute break.
