Adams and Greenwood Chip Up

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Fedor "CrownUpGuy" Holz called an open raise by Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian for 88,000 and they checked to the {q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{3-Spades} river. Martirosian check-called 154,400 and could not beat the {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} of Holz.

One hand later the Russian defended his big blind against Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams and they checked to the {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} turn. Martirosian now bet 135,160 to pick up a call and bet once more for 380,000 on the {3-Spades} river.

Adams called with {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for top pair and caught Martirosian bluffing with the {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

Over on the other table, Joao "Naza114" Vieira rivered a flush with the {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} on a {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{k-Spades}{4-Hearts} board to win a pot of more than 600,000. Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood took down the next pot when he min-raised to 80,000, called a three-bet to 260,000 by Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo and led the {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop successfully.

Martirosian Doubles Through Boghean Once More

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian made it 80,000 to go from the button and chip leader Andrei "ragAAAila19" Boghean stuck around from the big blind. The player with the Romanian flag bet the {5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop for 52,500 and Martirosian called.

On the {k-Hearts} turn, a bt of 77,500 by Boghean was raised to 240,000 and they called to then check-call the river shove of Martirosian for 592,320 when the {9-Hearts} appeared.

Martirosian had flopped the wheel with {a-Spades}{2-Hearts} and Boghean took a hit with the {5-Clubs}{4-Spades} for two pair.

Buldygin Doubles; Boghean Chips Up

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Vyacheslav "VbV1990" Buldygin eventually made his move and jammed a short stack from under the gun. He was called by Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo in the cutoff and all other players folded.

Vyacheslav "VbV1990" Buldygin: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo: {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}

Buldygin was trailing with the kicker but that turned out to be vital, as the eight ensured a straight on the {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{j-Spades} runout.

Over on the other table, Andrei "ragAAAila19" Boghean raised to 80,000 and was called by Eelis "EEE27" Pärssinen and Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian. Only Pärssinen called a Boghean bet worth 87,000 on the {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop, who then check-called the {8-Clubs} turn for 272,000.

Pärssinen checked behind the {q-Clubs} river and Boghean tabled {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for the nut flush to win the pot.

Nixon Battles With Martirosian

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Jamie "jamienixon90" Nixon raised the button to 80,800 and was called by Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian from one seat over.

Martirosian check-called a bet of 76,428 on the {10-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop and the {j-Diamonds} turn was checked by both. The Russian then bet the {6-Clubs} river for 360,000 into 384,456 and Nixon eventually called as Martirosian won the pot with {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}.

One hand later the same action repeated cutoff versus button and Nixon also bet the {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop for 83,028, which Martirosian called. Nixon then led the {4-Spades} turn for 160,000 and check-called the {4-Clubs} river when Martirosian made it 320,000 to go. The chips went back to the Brit as {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} prevailed versus {k-Spades}{j-Spades}.

Big Double for Boghean

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante
ragAAAila19 vs Adams
ragAAAila19 vs Adams

It all kicked off with a min-raise to 80,000 from the under-the-gun position by Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams and the Canadian stuck around when Andrei "ragAAAila19" Boghean three-bet to 200,000 from one seat over. Adams check-raised the {5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop from 147,000 to 402,800 and called the shove of more than 1.25 million by Boghean.

Andrei "ragAAAila19" Boghean: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Adams had a gutshot and the nut flush draw, then added some more outs on the {10-Hearts} turn. However, the {k-Clubs} river was not among them and Boghean doubled.

Greenwood Back to Nearly a Million

Level 20 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo raised to 76,300 in the last hand of the previous level and was called by Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood in the big blind. The Canadian check-called 50,400 on the {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop and 168,000 on the {10-Diamonds} turn. Both checked the {8-Hearts} on the river and Greenwood won the pot with {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for queens and eights.

Once all other opponents had released their cards into the virtual muck, Jamie "jamienixon90" Nixon open-jammed the small blind and into the big blind of Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian. The Russian was down to a mere 653,960 but found a huge hand to call with.

Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Jamie "jamienixon90" Nixon: {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}

Only one six and no ace appeared on the {q-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Hearts} to keep Martirosian in contention.

Greenwood flopped top pair on {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Spades} and faded the runner runner suckout on the {10-Diamonds} turn and {2-Hearts} river.

One hand later, Benjamin "bencb789" Rolle raise-called the shove of Greenwood for the second consecutive all-in showdown.

Benjamin "bencb789" Rolle: {a-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Sam "Str8$$$Homey" Greenwood: {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Greenwood doubled once more.

Adams Gets Value From Boghean

Level 19 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams raised it up to 73,500 in the cutoff and was called by Andrei "ragAAAila19" Boghean on the button, Eelis "EEE27" Pärssinen stuck around from the big blind. The trio checked all the way to the {q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} river on which Pärssinen check-folded to a bet worth 212,000 by Adams and a call by Boghean.

Adams revealed the {a-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and that won the pot.
