Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Uri Gilboa
Uri Gilboa

Three ways to a flop of {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Ivan Banic checked out of the big blind. Uri Gilboa bet 1,100 from under the gun and Pasquale Braco raised to 2,800 from the next seat. Banic quickly folded and Gilboa called. After the {k-Spades} turn, Gilboa check-called for 5,200 to then also check the {6-Spades} on the river.

Braco now bet 12,200 and Gilboa counted his chips before sending the cards into the muck.

Testa Puts Nacer to the Test

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

In a duel of two French players with plenty of chips already in the middle, the turn showed {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{k-Hearts}. Jean Testa checked and Samir Hadj Nacer bet 5,500 with some 18,200 behind. Testa then pushed all-in with the covering stack and Nacer went into the tank for two minutes.

He then folded and shook his head. As he exposed the cards to Ihor Kaliahin, the latter showed the {a-Spades}{k-Spades} to everyone at the table and Testa returned the favour by revealing {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for a set.

Reusch Doubles With Overpair

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action began on the flop in a three-way pot. The board was showing {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

From the small blind, Frederik Reusch led for 4,000 into a pot of about 5,000. Haci Bayram made the call from under the gun. In the cutoff, Luca Moschitta made what looked like a painful fold.

The turn brought the {7-Spades} and Reusch led again, this time for 8,500. Bayram didn't think too long before moving all in, 14,500 effective in Reusch's stack. Reusch called quickly.

Frederik Reusch: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Haci Bayram: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Neither player with a flush draw, Bayram was looking for two outs, neither of which came on the {q-Clubs} river, so Reusch secured the big double.

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Adinolfi tabled the {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades} for a straight and Turchi shook his head, exposing the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}.

Carbone Forces Out Juutilainen

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

On a heads-up flop of {6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, Michele Carbone made it 500 to go and was called by Henri Juutilainen. The exact same action repeated on the {5-Spades} turn and the {3-Diamonds} fell on the river.

Carbone now bet 1,000 and Juutilainen folded after brief consideration to get shown the {a-Hearts} by Carbone. On the same table is also one of the early big stacks in Pierre de Almeida, who has already more than doubled.

Niederreiter Correctly Calls River Bet

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Two players were playing for a pot of about 4,000 with a board of {3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{9-Spades}.

It was Artur Halstan doing the betting from middle position, he put out 2,500. Fabian Niederreiter made the call on the button.

The river brought the {8-Diamonds}. Halstan led again, this time for 7,000. Niederreiter went into the tank for about two minutes, seemingly going back and forth between a call and a fold. He landed on call and put the chips in the pot.

Halstan showed {a-Spades}{j-Spades} for ace high, no good against the {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} the made top pair on the turn for Niederreiter.

Odeen Chips Up With Aces

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Mustafa Evliya bet 1200 out of the small blind on the {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop and Jerry Odeen called from the under-the-gun position. Evliya bet another 2,200 on the {3-Clubs} turn and did so for 3,100 on the {j-Spades} river. Odeen called the second barrel before then raising to 8,000 after the third barrel.

Evliya gave it very brief consideration and called to then muck upon being shown the {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} by Odeen.
