Boika Versus the Clock

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Aliaksei Boika
Aliaksei Boika

On a board of {2-Clubs}{j-Spades}{3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}, Ermanno Di Nicola slid out a stack of blue chips equating to 105,000, covering Aliaksei Boika, into a pot of 77,000.

With the action on Boika, deep in the tank, the clock was called and Boika had thirty seconds to make a decision.

As the clock wound down Boika throw a single chip into the middle and Di Nicola tapped the table quickly as he flipped {4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for fourth pair. Boika flipped {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and took down a large pot at this stage of the tournament.

Winsor Up and Away After Late Entry

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

The UK's Benjamin Winsor had just registered in the previous level and he has already more than doubled up his stack, largely due to a recent showdown hand. In a battle cutoff versus small blind, his opponent checked the {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} river and Winsor bet 19,500 to receive a reluctant call.

Winsor tabled the {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for a full house and won the very healthy pot. His opponent was left short and busted to be replaced with Arthur Conan.

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

With 9,000 to the middle on a board of {q-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}, Jakub Koleckar was all-in for 17,700. Bernhauser Gets a Shove Through

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Bets of 1,500 and 10,500 respectively were already pulled into the middle of the table to the {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} river on which Tobias Garp checked his option. Fabian Bernhauser then moved all-in with a near identical stack as the Swede and Garp eventually elected to fold.

Pflanzl Eliminates Aydin in Classic Flip

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Fatih Aydin shoved his remaining 8,100 from early position and picked up the lone call from Hannes Pflanzl. Aydin was the player at risk and the players tabled their hands.

Fatih Aydin: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Hannes Pflanzl: {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Aydin needed some help to keep his tournament dream alive but could not improve on the {q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds} run out and made his way to the exit.
