Fischer Hits Set on River, Soars Over 1.5 Million

Level 19 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

There was already 150,000 in the middle on a {8-Spades}{2-Clubs}{a-Spades}{j-Spades}{k-Hearts} after plenty of action on the flop. Manuel Fischer, in the big blind, checked over to Julio Ribeiro, who also tapped the table.

On the {k-Hearts} river, Fischer put out a bet of 130,000, which put Ribeiro into the tank with 252,000 behind. Around three minutes later, Ribeiro made the call and Fischer turned over {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}, hitting a set on the river. Ribeiro could only start into the sky in disbelief as he sent over half of his remaining stack to Fischer.

With his latest win, Fischer is now up to over 1,500,000. He has also been cleaning up in the bounty department, collecting eight bounties before the dinner break and turning them in for a combined €17,000 (seven €1,000 pulls, one €10,000).

Wilf Hits Trips

Level 19 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

On a heads-up turn board of {q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Spades}{2-Clubs}, Saar Wilf in the small blind checked to Brunno Botteon in the big blind, who bet 65,000 into a large pot of over 100,000.

Wilf made the call and both players saw the river fall the {a-Hearts}. Both players decided to check and Wilf showed {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for trip aces and Botteon mucked his hand. The pot was pushed to Wilf to grow his chip count to 475,000.

Boukhalfa Eliminates Olszewski

Level 19 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Kamel Boukhalfa opened from the hijack and Tomasz Olszewski shoved for roughly 75,000 from the button. Boukhalfa made the call.

Tomasz Olszewski: {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}
Kamel Boukhalfa: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The flop came {6-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and Olszewski was all but dead, needing to hit running threes to stay alive against Boukhalfa's set of sixes.

The {a-Spades} and {k-Hearts} completed the board and Boukhalfa collected the bounty.

Talboom Eliminates Heidorn, Picks Up First Bounty

Level 19 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Robert Heidorn went all in for 77,000 and Tom Talboom called from the small blind.

Robert Heidorn: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Tom Talboom: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and Heidorn still needed a lot of help.

The turn brought the {a-Hearts}, which brought Heidorn potential chop opportunities.

However, the river was the {5-Hearts} and despite Talboom's incredible stack of over 550,000, it was only his first bounty of the day.
