Bernat Capdevila, in the small blind, checked the action over to Alain Ricardo Manquant in the big blind. Manquant bet out 5,000 and Capdevila called.
The J♠ turn saw a repeat of the action, this time Manquant bet out for 7,000.
The river fell the 7♣ and Capdevila checked once more. Manquant bet out for 15,000 and Capdevila eventually made the call.

The 2♥ river saw Fournier check again. Mendoza emptied the clip with a bet of 20,000. After several minutes in the tank, Fournier made the call only to be shown the bad news as Mendoza tabled A♥Q♥ for the winner.
