Pablo Brito raised from the hijack to 3,000 and was called by Ryan Price. Arjel Daci in the big blind jumped into the pot too, and all three of them discovered the flop 786, where everybody checked.

On the turn J, Price bet 3,000 and made Daci fold. But on the other side of the table, Brito raised to 10,500. After 30 seconds, Price called.

The river was the Q, and Brito bet 16,000. After checking, Price eventually called but mucked his cards when Brito revealed Q10 for a pair hit on the river.

When the 9 completed the board, both players quickly checked. Toma tabled K4, for two pair on the flop and Kim showed his AK before putting his cards in the muck.

Morten Klein
Morten Klein

Dimitar Danchev opened 2,100 on the button and Morten Klein defended the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 1093 and Klein check-called a bet of 2,000.

When the 8 fell on the turn, Klein check-called once again; this time Danchev fired 9,000.

When the K completed the board, Klein checked for a final time before Danchev dropped a bet of 15,000 across the line. Klien wasted no time making the call. Danchev tabled AA but it was no good as Klein showed K10, for a rivered two pair.

PokerNews Podcast: $20K Mistake, Negreanu Beats Polk, NAPT Returns, & Guest Tom Orpaz EPT Barcelona Heater

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

On the latest PokerNews Podcast, Chad Holloway, Connor Richards, and Matt Hansen catch you up to speed on what's been happening at EPT Barcelona, Daniel Negreanu defeating Doug Polk on High Stakes Duel, and the return of PokerStars' North American Poker Tour (NAPT).

They also delve into the Global Poker US Poker Open (USPO), tell you about the first winner from the the PokerStars Summer Series, cover two big hands involving pocket queens from the past week, and debate arguably the hottest topic of the week — would you pay back $20K after a player grossly misread his hand and called off on the river (which actually happened on Hustler Casino Live)?

As for a guest, Connor and Matt were at EPT Barcelona and caught up with Tom Orpaz, a high-stakes real estate entrepreneur who in his spare time can be found grinding the EPT High Roller circuit. Orpaz, who made headlines in 2020 for purchasing the most expensive apartment in the world, went on a tear at EPT Barcelona that saw him winning €25,000 No-Limit Hold'em and €50,000 Super High Roller Second Chance for two trophies and over $1 million in winnings, proving he can hold his own among the top pros. PokerNews caught up with Orpaz, who has proven to be one of the most entertaining and talkative players on typically reserved High Roller Circuit.

Three All Ins To Eliminate Ketzer

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante
Felipe Ketzer
Felipe Ketzer

Down to almost nothing, Felipe Ketzer's all-in was, of course, called.

Opponent: JJ
Felipe Ketzer: Q4

On 7QAQ5, Ketzer was lucky enough to hit trips and doubled up to 1,100 chips.

On the button in the next hand, he moved all in again and was called by Bart Lybaert in the big blind.

Felipe Ketzer: Q9
Bart Lybaert: K5

Once again, Ketzer doubled up thanks to a straight hit directly on the flop 108JA3. The situation made everybody laugh.

Felipe Boianovsky turned serious again a few seconds later when he opened to 1,800 from middle position. Ketzer shoved for 3,400 from the cutoff and Casimir Seire called in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 34J, where Boianovsky bet 1,800. Seire check-called and check-called again on the turn 9 after Boianovsky bet 8,200. On the river 3, Boianovsky finally moved all in and Seire folded.

Felipe Ketzer: 74
Felipe Boianovsky: AJ

Ketzer had a pair, but the other Felipe had a better one, so Ketzer was eliminated.

"Yeah Right"

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Daniel Ghionoiu opened 2,100 on the button and Pakinai Lisawad came along from the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of Q83, and Lisawad check-called a bet of 2,100.

When the K fell on the turn, Lisawad checked and Ghionoiu continued for 3,000. Lisawad check-raised to 10,000, putting the decision back on Ghionoiu.

"Yeah right," he said as he thought about his options

After a few more seconds, Ghionoui pitched his cards into the muck, sending the pot to Lisawad.
