Mokri Climbing Back
Level 16
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 115,000 and Kayhan Mokri called.
Both players checked to the turn on a board of 7♦6♠5♥2♠ where Mokri led out for 150,000. Thorel called and the 4♦ fell on the river.
Mokri then bet another 200,000 and Thorel quickly folded.
The next hand, Mokri made it 75,000 and Thorel called. The J♣10♥7♦ flop was checked through and Thorel fired out 125,000 on the 4♠ turn.
Both players checked the 9♥ river and Thorel showed K♥7♠ for a pair of sevens. Mokri, though, had 10♣5♥ for tens to win another pot.
