The 10♥ turn saw Dominguez take the lead for 110,000. Pilhofer made the call.

Action checked to Kalev on a flop of 10♦A♥6♥, who bet out 40,000. Coelho called, Boyle folded, and Al Fakih raised to 140,000. Kalev called and Coelho elected to raise to 450,000. Al Fakih called off the bet for his last 410,000 and Kalev got out of the way.
