Adams Flops the Nuts For Massive Double
Level 13
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Timothy Adams bet 20,000 on a flop of 4♦5♦6♣ and Eduard Barsegyan called in the big blind.
The turn came the J♠ and Barsegyan led out for 50,000. Adams called to the J♣ river, where Barsegyan moved all in.
Adams, with 64,000 remaining, tanked for a moment before calling. He showed 8♠7♠ for the flopped straight and Barsegyan flashed the J♦ as he mucked.
