Two-Outer Saves Akkari

Level 21 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

In the most classic of races, PokerStars Team Pro Andre Akkari got all the chips into the middle preflop against fellow Brazilian Felipe Boianovsky.

Andre Akkari: Q♠Q♣
Felipe Boianovsky: A♣K♠

The A♠2♦7♣ flop wiped out Akkari's preflop advantage, and the 4♥ turn didn't offer much hope. However, salvation came in the form of the Q♥ on the river, giving Akkari a crucial double and leaving Boianovsky short.
