O'Dwyer Pays Off Toma
Level 13
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 8♠Q♣K♣, Tsugunari Toma bet 28,000 from the cutoff and Steve O'Dwyer called in the big blind. Both players checked the 6♥ turn.
The river came the J♦ and O'Dwyer led out for 40,000. Toma instantly came back with a raise to 125,000.
"Wow," O'Dwyer said as he leaned back in his seat before calling. He eventually called and Toma turned over K♠Q♥ for two pair to win the pot.
