Letort was in great shape to double up with a bigger ace but the 986 gave Azady a plethora of outs in the form of the nut-flush draw. The 8 turn was clean but Azady spiked a three on the 3 river to send Letort to the rail close in tough fashion close to the money bubble.

Elsewhere in the tournament area, Antoine Labat was also eliminated.

With two players seeing a board of AAQ7 and about 30,000 already in the middle, Carl Shaw checked from early position, Alex Peffly bet 15,000 and Shaw made the call.

The river was the 7. Shaw checked, Peffly bet 28,000, and after about 45 seconds Shaw made the call.

Peffly tabled KQ for two pair, aces and queens while Shaw revealed 97 for a rivered full house to further extend his chip lead over the rest of the field.

Ivaylo Sivinov opened to 5,000 from the button and Georgios Vakis defended from the big blind.

Both players checked the A5J flop leading to the A turn. Vakis checked, Sivinov bet 5,000 and Vakis made the call.

Vakis checked again on the 8 river and Sivinov bet 14,500. Vakis raised all in for 32,000 total and after briefly considering his options Sivinov decided to call.

Sivinov revealed 99 while Vakis tabled A2 for trip aces to secure the full double up.

Meanwhile at another table, Ren Lin was recently eliminated from the tournament.
