Martirosian, Auzoux Chop a Big One

Level 5 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

More than 20,000 was in the middle as Artur Martirosian and Gregoire Auzoux went heads-up to the turn with the board showing 9QA7.

Martirosian then bet 20,500 from under the gun and Auzoux called on the button. The river was the 9 and Martirosian bet another 70,000.

Auzoux quickly called and Martirosian showed AJ for two pair, aces and nines. Auzoux let out a sigh of relief as he showed A8 for the same two pair to chop the pot.

Adrian Mateos, coming off busting the $10,300 High Roller earlier today, just took his seat at this table.

"Such a weird hand," Badziakouski said as Ponakovs raked in the pot
