Mateos Takes From Delgado; Suvarna and Vaskaboinikau First to Go

Sosia Jiang had seen her stack increase after winning a big hand from Santhosh Suvarna. Shortly after, Mikalai Vaskaboinikau and Santhosh Suvarna were eliminated from the tournament by Alex Kulev and Adrian Mateos respectively.

Mateos then added more chips to his stack after winning a pot against compatriot Vicente Delgado. With around 80,000 in the middle, Vicente Delgado bet 26,000 from under the gun and Mateos called from the cutoff.

Delgado had 3♠3♥ for a pair of threes but they went into the muck as Mateos had the winner with his Q♠9♠.
