Goryachev's Aces Cracked

Viacheslav Goryachev raised from under the gun and Milos Skrbic made it 3,500 to go from the button. Goryachev made the call and a J♦4♠2♦ flop was dealt.

Goryachev checked again before he called a continuation-bet of 1,700 from his opponent. The turn fell the 6♦ and Goryachev checked again.

Skrbic used one time bank chip to extend his thinking time before he moved all in, covering Goryachev's remaining chips. Goryachev snap called and flipped his cards over.

Goryachev just had to fade a diamond to secure a double-up, but he failed to do so when the 2♦ river arrived. He threw his arms up in frustration and left the felt. Goryachev went off to enjoy an early dinner break as he has not made use of his reentry as of yet.

Navarro Picks Up a Pot From Adams

Mario Navarro opened to 1,200 from the cutoff and only Timothy Adams made the call on the button.

On the flop of A♠3♣2♠, both players checked their options to the 5♦ turn. Navarro checked again and Adams tossed out a bet of 1,100, which Navarro called.

The 3♠ hit the river and action checked to a showdown. Navarro tabled 6♣6♦ and took down the pot when Adams mucked his cards.

Ponakovs Likes Spades

Santhosh Suvarna opened from the hijack before being three-bet by Aleksejs Ponakovs in the cutoff. The amount to call was 3,500 and Suvarna obliged.

The players both checked the K♠J♠3♠ flop before the 5♠ turn saw Suvarna check-call a 1,400 bet from his opponent.

The river brought a flush on the board with the 2♠ and Suvarna led out for 3,600. This was not enough for Ponakovs, who put in a big raise to 17,000. Suvarna did not deem his flush high enough anymore and let his hand go.

Kulev checked from early position to O'Dwyer, who made a bet of 11,200. Kulev asked how much it was before he quickly made the call. The 3♥ brought the third heart on the board and slowed the action down, as both players now checked down.

Kulev showed A♣10♥ but the top pair was no match for the aces of O'Dwyer, who tabled A♦A♥

Joao Vieira raised to 1,000 from early position, sitting on a 20-big-blind stack. Andrew Leathem was in the hijack and made the three-bet to 3,000. Roman Samoylov was in the big blind and called cold before Vieira put in the four-bet all in for 11,500.

Leathem asked for a count and called and so did Samoylov. The two players then checked down the 9♠8♠2♣5♦4♣ board before a showdown was had. No one could beat the A♠A♥ of Vieira and he tripled up to a healthy stack.
