[Removed:656] Check-Raises Watson with Air and Gets There
Level 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
[Removed:656], the current chip leader, limped in from under the gun. Mike Watson and David Vinayagamoorthy also limped in from the cutoff and button. Jason Wheeler was in the big blind and checked his option.
Action checked to Watson on the 10♠4♣2♦ flop, and he bet 17,000, which got rid of Vinayagamoorthy and Wheeler. However, [Removed:656]had other ideas and made it 62,000 and Watson called.
The 6♥ turn checked through to the K♥ river, With the pot at 184,000, [Removed:656] fired big, making it 300,000 to go, which seemed to stun the Canadian veteran. Watson called and [Removed:656] tabled his K♦6♦, which was good for two pair, kings and sixes. Watson mucked his hand and [Removed:656] ascent continued.
