Martirosian Shows Off His Nuts
Level 20
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Artur Martirosian opened to 25,000 from the button and Mark Teltscher called from the big blind.
Teltscher then check-folded when Martirosian continued for 14,000 on the 7♥5♠4♦ flop.
After Teltscher conceded the pot, Martirosian tabled his cards and revealed he flopped the nut straight with his 8♠6♦.
"Wow, very nice hand," complimented Teltscher.
"Ace-high?" asked Martirosian.
"The second best hand," replied Teltscher as the dealer started the next hand.
