Tetart Speaks No English; Loses Chips

Level 2 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

On a completed board of {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Spades}{10-Spades} with some 13,800 in the middle, Julien Bolimowski bet 6,100 and then faced the shove by Nathan Tetart. "Can we speak French if it's heads-up?" Bolimowski inquired with the dealer but that was declined.

Bolimowski then asked his opponent if he spoke English, the official language for the tournament. Tetart shook his head and that sent Bolimowski into a longer tank in which he talked through the hand.

"Do you know what I have? It would be crazy if we both flopped it ..." he continued. During the tank, Benjamin Chalot called the clock and a 30-second countdown was given to make a decision.

Ultimately, Bolimowski called all-in for 14,400 total and Tetart nodded, tapped the table and showed the {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Bolimowski had that beat with {5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a flush and doubled, leaving Tetart short.
