Marius Gicovanu then flat called from the hijack, before the short-stacked Imad Derwiche called all-in for 2,000 chips. This was reason for Laszlo Molnar to make it 13,000 from the button, which both Holz and Gicovanu called.
The flop came 
and all players checked. The 
turn saw Holz lead out 9,500, which only Gicovanu called. The river 
went check-check again and all cards had to be tabled.
