Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Julien Sitbon
Julien Sitbon

Action was heads up with nearly 30,000 in the middle and {2-Hearts}{4-Spades}{8-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} on the board when Jan-Mikael Kesanen was faced with a bet of 16,000 from Julien Sitbon from the button.

After several moments of thought, Kesanen called and Sitbon turned over {a-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for ace-high. Kesanen tabled {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} to take the pot with a pair of tens.

A few moments later, Sitbon got it in with {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}, but he couldn't improve against the {k-Hearts}{k-Spades} of Stab Jablonski.

Nikiforov continued for 2,000 on the {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop and Colillas conceded the pot by returning his cards to the dealer.

Loeliger Exits Main Event

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Paulina Loeliger
Paulina Loeliger

Jack Corrigan opened to 500 from the hijack before Paulina Loeliger made it 1,700 from the cutoff. Aziz Benchekroun then four-bet to 4,500 from the button, and only Loeliger called.

The {q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop checked through to the {8-Clubs} turn. Loeliger then check-called for 3,000, which brought in the {6-Diamonds} river.

Loeliger, with 12,600 behind, checked once more. Benchekroun eyed up Loeliger's stack and moved all in to put her at risk of elimination in Level 2.

After some thinking time, Loeliger made the one-chip call.

Benchekroun tabled his {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for a pair of queens with an ace-kicker. Loeliger tried to muck her cards; however, the table insisted that they'd be turned face up.

In the end, Loeliger walked away from the table, and the dealer exposed that she had called with the {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.
