Level 1 will commence at 100/100 with a big blind ante of 100. Levels will be 30 minutes throughout the day, and the flight will play down to 15% of the field, at which point the remaining players will be in the money and will bag for Day 2. The final day 1 of the Eureka Main Event (Day 1f) will commence today at 6 p.m. local time and features 20-minute blinds, but otherwise operates on the same basis as Day 1e.

The PokerNews team will be reporting throughout the event, so stay tuned for what is sure to be an action-packed day featuring plenty of thrills and spills as players look to secure their spot for Day 2 tomorrow and a shot at the mammoth prize pool.
