We joined the action preflop as Espen Sandvik opened to 24,000 from the hijack. Yasuhiro Waki shoved all in on the button for 180,000 and it folded back around to Sandvik. He made the call, but was up against Waki's aces, with the Japanese at risk.

The 4♣9♠7♠ flop was fairly safe for Waki. The 3♦ on the turn, however, gave Sandvik additional outs.
