The 9♦ turn slowed down Xanthopoulos who checked and then folded to a bet of 375,000 from Oikonomidis.

When the A♦9♣6♦ flop hit the felt, Oikonomidis check-called 75,000.

The 3♥ turn received checks from both players to see the 9♠ river.

Oikonomidis led for 125,000, and that was enough to drag the pot.

Gab Yong Kim took an assertive lead early on in Day 3.

He opened to 130,000 on the button, before facing a raise of 460,000 from Robert Schulz in the small blind. Kim tanked for a couple of minutes before four-betting to 1,200,000. Schulz shoved back over the top and got a call from Kim, who was behind to the German's kings.

A 8♠A♥5♣ flop set Schulz way behind, needing one of two remaining kings in the deck to stay in the tournament.

It didn't come on the J♠ turn.

A 6♣ completed the board and confirmed the German's elimination.

Straight after his elimination of Lurii Senchylo, Igor Pihela made the short journey to the mystery bounty desk.

He chose an envelope and quickly ripped it open, picking out another €1,000.

'That's my fifth min-bounty in a row' the Estonian said, clearly not too thrilled at missing some of the top prizes.

He shoved from the small blind and was called by Igor Pihela in the big blind.

A 6♣ on the turn kept Pihela ahead.

Youngshin Im raised to 115,000 from the hijack, Pavlos Xanthopoulos three-bet to 300,000 from the cutoff and Im moved all in for approximately 1,350,000, sending Xanthopoulos into the tank.

Xanthopoulos was thinking so long the clock was called, eventually prompting him to make the call.
