Kyte Flies High With Big River Bet

Jon Kyte raised to 60,000 in early position and Serge Chechin called in the cutoff.

The flop came 5♦5♥5♣ and Kyte bet 65,000. Chechin called to the 10♥ turn as Kyte slowed down and checked.

Chechin then bet 150,000 and Kyte raised to 420,000. Chechin used up two time banks before calling to see the 6♣ river.

"How much," he said to Kyte as he began tapping the felt.

"One point two million," Kyte answered, sliding in a massive tower of chips. Chechin instantly folded.

"If you didn't say that I was going to bet 800. I was sure you were calling," Kyte said.
