Camosci Puts Ladev to the Ultimate Test

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Enrico Camosci
Enrico Camosci

Enrico Camosci opened from the button and Markkos Ladev defended from the big blind.

The flop came Q95 and Ladev check-called a 120,000 bet from Camosci.

Both players checked the 8 turn leading to the 9 river. Ladev bet 140,000 and Camosci raised to 1,100,000. Ladev responded with a raise to 2,700,000 and Caomisci moved all in, covering Ladev who had about 3,200,000 behind. Ladev went into the tank, clearly put on a difficult decision given that he and Camosci had started the hand as the two chip leaders and were very far ahead of the other remaining players.

After a few minutes Ladev released his hand and Camosci took down one of the biggest pots of the tournament so far without showdown, massively extending his lead over the rest of the field in the process.
