Davies' Wheel Sends Astedt Out
Level 16
: 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
On a completed board of 5♥3♦Q♥8♣4♦, Niklas Astedt was on the button and was faced with a shove holding Q♣7♣ against Seth Davies, who held A♦2♦ for a rivered wheel in the big blind.
Astedt went deep into the tank, but eventually made the call for his tournament life. Davies showed him the bad news and Astedt became the first casualty of the final table.
