Corrado Boson raised from the button, Visa Kiviharju three-bet to 6,500 from the small blind and Boson four-bet jammed for 14,100. Kiviharju made a reluctant called.
Corrado Boson: A♦K♥
Visa Kiviharju: A♥10♦
The board ran out 8♥A♠J♥Q♦2♠; Boson's holding was superior from start to finish, doubling him up and leaving Kiviharju short.
Richard Bruno had open-raised from early position before Alessandro Sarro three-bet all-in for 8,200 in middle position. A quick call followed from Bruno, leading to a showdown.
Alessandro Sarro: A♠A♦
Richard Bruno: A♣8♣
Bruno flopped an eight on 8♥9♦3♥, but no further help arrived on the 7♠Q♦ runout to double up his opponent.
Agustin Naranja opened to 2,000 from middle position and was faced with a three-bet jam to 16,600 by Calum Bagnall in the cutoff. Action folded back to Naranja who made a relatively quick call.
Calum Bagnall: A♣K♣
Agustin Naranja: K♦Q♥
Bagnall had his opponent dominated and his double-up was confirmed by the A♦J♠2♦9♥4♦ runout, Bagnall flopping a pair of aces and dodging Naranja's straight draw.
Michel Manoury was just getting up from the table, after his A♣7♣ was bested by Yonas Tekle's 7♥7♦ on a board of A♥4♠7♠3♣3♥, the stacks having gone in on the river, in a top two pair versus full house cooler.
Tekle informed PokerNews that his opponent had about 27,000 at the start of the hand.
Edoardo Lauri in the small blind, Jeff Damit in the big blind, and Karim Benamrouche in the cutoff decided to get all their chips in on the 3♣9♠A♣ flop.
Damit was at risk for his stack of 28,500, while Benamrouche played 30,000 and Lauri covered them both.
Jeff Damit: A♠3♥
Karim Benamrouche: A♦9♣
Edoardo Lauri: A♥3♠
All players had two pair but Benamrouche had a gigantic lead with aces and nines. The last three in the deck did not appear on the 10♥2♥ runout, knocking out Damit while tripling up Benamrouche.
