Joumaa Scoops Up as Rossos Hits the Rail

With plenty of preflop raises and re-raises, the pot had swelled to 21,500 by the time the flop revealed A♠Q♦10♣.

Bakhos Joumaa was first to act, leading out with a bet of 6,000. Christopher Rossos responded by raising to 14,000. After a moment of contemplation, Joumaa decided to go all in, easily covering Rossos’s stack. Without hesitation, Rossos snap-called, setting the stage for a showdown.

Rossos revealed K♥K♦, while Joumaa showed A♥J♦, having paired his ace on the flop. This left Rossos needing a lot of help. The 9♥ on the turn didn’t change much, and the 2♥ on the river sealed Rossos's fate, sending him to the rail and giving Joumaa a good boost to his stack.

Dinesh Alt raised to 1,200 from early position and Kerem Akartuna three-bet to 3,600 from late position. Evgenii Ushakov called in the small blind and Alt called.

The flop came 3♣5♦9♥ and Ushakov led out for 3,300. Alt folded and Akartuna called. Both players then checked it back on the A♣ turn.

The river came the Q♣ and Ushakov checked again. Akartuna bet 4,000 and Ushakov folded to concede the pot.

Action then folded to Mateusz Sikora, who paused before announcing he was all-in for approximately 44,000 total. Yacoub quickly folded, but Turgut called after verifying the amount to put himself at risk for his last 36,000.

Francesco Macri opened to 1,700 first to act and was called by Anatoly Korochenskiy in the hijack, Daniil Shalaev in the cutoff, Viet Van Vo on the button, and Anton Markov in the big blind for a five-way pot.

The flop came 10♣10♦10♠ and it was checked around to Vo, who bet 1,700. Macri called and everyone else got out of the way.

Macri, check-called a 2,700 from Vo on the 5♣ turn and checked a final time after the 3♣ completed the board.

Vo wasn't done, however, and fired 11,200 into the middle. Macri wasn't a believer and stuck in a call and Vo could only turn over K♠6♠.

Macri revealed A♣J♠ for just an ace and collected the large pot.

The river was the A♥ and Quinn pushed all in. Rau called and showed 9♣8♣ for a straight. Quinn also had the nine high straight with 9♥6♠ and the two players split the pot.

With 26,000 already in the pot and the board reading 8♣K♥3♠J♣4♥, Georgios Skarparis led out with a 12,000 bet as the first to act. Bakhos Joumaa took his time, thinking it over before finally making the call.

Skarparis revealed K♣Q♠ for top pair, which was enough to send Joumaa's cards into the muck.
