The big blind checked the action to Xiaosheng Zheng, in the cutoff, who bet out 13,200. Deniz Dogan, on the button, put in a sizable raise. The big blind folded and Zheng snap-called off the bet for his effective stack of 26,000.

The 9♥ turn saw the action check to Fransz, who took the lead for 1,700. Gerasimov called and Alibeyoglu put in a raise to 6,500. Neither player was deterred.

The 9♠ river prompted Gerasimov to play out of flow, moving all in for 14,200. Alibeyoglu folded and Fransz called off the bet for his effective stack of 9,500.
