[Removed:548]: Ax10x
Wojciech Frankowski: 10♠10♥
The 4♠6♦5♦4♦9♥ runout failed to improve [Removed:549] and Frankowski was awarded his stack.
Amir Ali Etemad Saeid shoved for his last 13,400 first to act and just behind him, Alessandro Siena called to put Saeid at risk. Everyone else folded and a showdown was held.
Amir Ali Etemad Saeid: A♦10♠
Alessandro Siena: A♠J♣
The 3♠7♥9♣ flop changed nothing, but the 10♣ turn vaulted Saeid into the lead with a pair of tens to leave Siena drawing slim.
The dealer brought the J♠ on the river, however, pairing Siena's jack to eliminate Saeid.
On a flop of 3♠J♣K♠ with around 18,000 in the middle, Athanasios Kapetanios checked it over to Mauricio Sanchez, who fired a small bet of 4,500. Kapetanios then shoved for over 28,000, and Sanchez took a while before he stuck in the call.
Athanasios Kapetanios: K♥5♥
Mauricio Sanchez: A♥Q♠
Kapetanios was well in the lead and pulled further in front on the 5♠ turn as he improved to two pair, which left Sanchez with just four outs. A ten is what Sanchez needed, but the 2♦ river was a brick, which meant Kapetanios doubled up.
Cassandra Yong was all in preflop against Frank Reichel, who had her covered as players flipped their cards.
Cassandra Yong: Q♣Q♦
Frank Reichel: A♥K♠
It was a classic poker race and the board ran out J♦6♥J♣10♣K♣. Yong expressed her joy at the blank flop before letting out a "oh no!" as the river gave Reichel a pair of kings. He won the pot and Yong was sent to the rail.
Nikola Gunchev was all in preflop with a short stack of 10,300 and was looked up by Adam Wagner in the big blind blind, who had the covering stack.
Nikola Gunchev: K♦J♠
Adam Wagner: A♣6♣
The board ran out 10♥Q♥6♠10♣A♥ and the river brought Wagner a pair, but also completed Gunchev's straight. Gunchev won the pot and doubled his stack. A few hands later, however, he busted from the tournament.
Arsalan Shemirani was all in from late position for 10,000 and Virgil Dorel Marculescu called in the small blind. Players flipped their cards, with Shemirani at risk.
Arsalan Shemirani: K♥J♣
Virgil Dorel Marculescu: 10♦10♠
The board ran out 5♦A♦2♥10♥Q♥. Marculescu made a set of tens on the turn and Shemirani was already resigned and ready to leave before the river completed his straight to double his stack.
On a board of Q♦J♣2♥J♠, Bixi Yao was seen making a bet of 4,500, which Dinesh Alt called.
The river brought a 10♠ where both players elected to check it down, and Yao tabled the winner with K♠Q♣ for a pair of queens.
Simon Wiciak opened from middle position and was called by Ahmet Akyun in the hijack and Benjamin Spragg in the big blind for a three-way pot.
All three players checked on the 2♠7♥A♠ flop and J♠ turn and Spragg checked a final time on the 5♣ river. Wiciak bet 3,200, which got a call from Akyun and a fold from Spragg.
Wiciak tabled A♥8♦ for a pair of aces and Akyun mucked his hand.
Baris Topuz made it 2,500 and Patrick Clarke called in the small blind before Roman Gadzhiev three-bet to 8,500 from the big blind. Topuz then shoved, which got Clarke to fold, but Gadzhiev snap-called.
Baris Topuz: 10♥10♣
Roman Gadzhiev: K♠K♦
Topuz needed to find a ten, but never managed it as the runout of 8♦6♥3♦A♦5♣ sent him to the rail as Gadzhiev's pocket kings held up.
