Zamani Runs Into Rockets

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action was picked up with Krum Polihronov all in and at risk versus the covering stack of Martin Zamani.

Krum Polihronov: AAAll in
Martin Zamani: 1010

Polihronov's aces held across the 42887 runout to secure the double up.

Vitkind Hits the Rail

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Dmitry Vitkind shoved for 75,000 from early position and Patrick Humphreys shoved behind for a little under 300,000.

Dmitry Vitkind: Q6 All in
Patrick Humphreys: AQ

Vitkind was hoping to see some sixes, but saw them upside-down as the flop of A99 put him on the brink of elimination. Humphreys locked up the pot on the J turn, and the 3 river was just a formality, which meant Vitkind was eliminated.

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Matthias Lipp: A2

Banks was in great shape for the double-up versus only one overcard, and it was confirmed by the Q96710 runout, Banks turning a set of sevens.

Ivanov Bests Chaoui in Three-Bet Pot

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Lyudmil Ivanov opened from the cutoff when big blind Mehdi Chaoui put in a three-bet. Ivanov called to create a pot of 280,000.

Chaoui continued for 55,000 on the K54 flop and Ivanov called. Ivanov then placed a bet of 80,000 on the A turn after Chaoui checked.

Chaoui called, then both checked the 10 river. Chaoui turned over K2 for a pair of kings but lost against the AQ of Ivanov, who took the pot with top pair.

Murthy Stacked

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Julien Arethuse opened to 40,000 from middle position. Action folded around and Neel Murthy defended the big blind.

The 7108 was checked around before Murthy led the 3 turn for 65,000. Arethuse called. Murthy then bet around 120,000 on the J river and was snap-called by Arethuse. Murthy's J2 had made top pair but Arethuse made a jack high straight with 98 to scoop the pot.

The very next hand. Vladislav Dubanov opened from early position to 40,000. Neel Murthy moved all in for 80,000. Frederick Anastasiades then reraised out of the big blind to 150,000. Dubanov went into the tank before folding.

Neel Murthy: K10All in
Frederick Anastasiades: KK

Anastasiades hit the case king and made a full house on the K77 flop; the 6 turn and J river cards were purely a formality.
