With the news that the Power Path is now a permanent addition to PokerStars, and that players can receive a $0.50 Step 1 Power Path ticket every single day as part of the new PokerStars Rewards program, there's never been a better time to have a look at how the Power Path can reward you and where it can take you.

Both live and online events have featured in the Power Path since its launch last summer, with Special Edition Gold Passes sending lucky players to the NAPT and Las Vegas Grand Prix last December.

This month, we look at the various Passes on offer, including both Gold and Silver Passes for the NAPT festival in Las Vegas, the Women's Winter Festival and the European Poker Tour stop in Prague.

Korzinin Snatches Chip Lead from Lin

Level 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Vladimir Korzinin
Vladimir Korzinin

Nikita Kuznetsov raised to 12,000 under the gun. Vladimir Korzinin tossed in a three-bet to 39,000 in the hijack and Ren Lin called cold on the button. Kuznetsov mucked his cards as the other two players went to a flop of A8J.

Korzinin bet 67,000 and Lin called. On the 2 turn, Korzinin sized down to 55,000, which Lin also called. The 4 river then saw him check.

Lin used a couple of time banks before announcing his all-in. Korzinin snap-called for his stack of 174,000.

Lin tabled AK for top pair but it was no good against the flopped set of Korznin, who showed JJ as he raked in the huge pot and became the new chip leader.

Li jammed for 110,000, and after quite a bit of thought, Coelho made the call.

Li showed 44 for the turned full house, while Coelho tabled 33 for two pair, threes and deuces.

Coelho Bets Into Flush

Level 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Three-way to a flop of Q2J, Diogo Coelho checked from the small blind and so did Paul Newey in the big blind. Zhendong Li then made a bet of 22,000, which was called only by Coelho.

The A turn brought a fourth heart and checked through before Coelho placed a small bet of 10,000 on the 5 river.

Li snap-called and tabled 88 for a flush. Coelho only had AJ for two pair and tossed his cards into the muck.

Jareth East moved all in for 73,000 from under the gun, and was looked up by PokerStars Ambassador Elias Gutierrez in the small blind.

Jareth East: 88 All in
Elias Gutierrez: 1010

East was in trouble versus Gutierrez's overpair tens, but the A87 flop brought salvation as he went ahead with a set of eights.

The AJ turn and river confirmed his double up, East ending up with a full house.

Lin Continues Hot Run, Eliminates Leonard

Level 12 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Ren Lin
Ren Lin

Patrick Leonard was down to 57,000, which he jammed in as first to act. Vladimir Korzinin three-bet to 125,000 in middle position, after which chip leader Ren Lin four-bet jammed in the cutoff.

The action folded back to Korzinin, who thought for a bit and then folded, leaving himself a healthy 303,000 to play with.

Patrick Leonard: KJ All in
Ren Lin: 1010

Leonard lost the flip when the 38377 board ran out low. He quickly took his exit while Lin extended his lead, playing nearly 130 big blinds.
