Stone-Cold Flush Leaves Whitehouse in the Dust

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Jacob Stone
Jacob Stone

Jacob Stone kicked off the action with a raise to 3,000 in the cutoff, and Radoslav Stoyanov called in the small blind. But Charles Whitehouse in the big blind had other plans, three-betting to 13,000. Stone wasn’t backing down and responded with a four-bet to 26,000. That was enough to push Stoyanov out of the hand, but Whitehouse went all in, and Stone snap-called.

Stone revealed AK, while Whitehouse showed QQ.

The flop came 835, instantly giving Stone a flush. The A on the turn and 7 on the river didn’t change anything, and Stone secured a double-up, leaving Whitehouse with no chance to improve.
