Aziz Efe raised to 35,000 from under the gun, Ekaterina Fediaeva three-bet to 130,000 from the hijack and Andrea Crobu, in the big blind, cold called to leave himself just 15,000 behind the line. Efe folded.

In light of a looming pay jump, Crobu checked and then called a bet for his last 15,000, after a lengthy tank, on the 9♦2♦8♥ flop.

The action was caught as Patrick Leonard, in the big blind, was already all in for his short stack, from the big blind. With action remaining on the side, two players were left to compete on the 5♥3♠5♣ flop.

Matthias Lipp, who was under the gun, bet out 40,000. Andras Nemeth, on the button, called.

The 6♦ turn saw a repeat of the action, this time Lipp sized up to 75,000.

The 7♠ river slowed down Lipp with a check. Nemeth bet out 200,000. Lipp went deep into the tank, thinking for some time before settling on a call.
